Remember Agnes Nemakonde is meant to pay tribute to our sister Agness Nemakonde who recently died in a filthy prison in Kenya. She was deported from five different countries: the UK, Kenya, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. Then was finally returned to Kenya were she lost her life. In Kenya she was living in a miserable life in prison.

Agnes was a Zimbabwean national with Zimbabwean assent but the Zimbabwean government rejected to accept her due to political biases. UK which claims to be the champion of democracy and human rights still refused to take her back. Kenya would not release her to allow her to make her way to her country Zimbabwe or any other country where she could find refugee.

Sister Agnes may your soul rest in Peace; many of us still face same or similar problems and shall follow you. But as long as we are alive we shall not be afraid to oppose the injustices such as those that lead to your untimely death.

A similar Problem
Some weeks back l protested to the UK Embassy about a Zimbabwean woman, PAXINA MUCHENGI ( who was facing deportation from the UK. I GOT A FUN RESPONSE from the UK Authorities. The UK government is arrogent and hypocritical as far as as human rights and democracy is concerned. The UK government is discriminatory in treating Zimbabweans in UK. White Zimbabweans who fled Zimbabwe are never terrorised but many blacks who fled Mugabe’s reign of terror are treated with contempt and are deported to African countries like Kenya where they are poisoned or ill treated to die in filthy prisons.
Some who have been deported to Zimbabwe have been detained, harrassed and tortured by Mugabe’s ZANU PF government.
As far as the Zimbabwean Crisis is concerned the UK government is fully of double standards. UK has its interests over Zimbabwe but those hidden interests have nothing to do with the plight of the oppressed Zimbabweans. Some few years back the UK officials have facilitated Mugabe’s ZANU PF coming into power. Sponsored him massively and ignored the massacres of Ndebele people in 1983. Now the UK government cannot effectively assist Zimbabweans to remove Mugabe. UK is a superpower which can tell South Africa or SADC to hell with your support of Mugabe’s ZANU PF government.
If UK was really interested in helping Zimbabweans by now the bloodthirsty ZANU PF government of Mugabe will be history.

ZANU PF GOVERNMENT LEADERS IN ZIMBABWE are wicked and evil that is why they are making Zimbabweans suffer. Tens of thousands of Zimbabweans have been murdered by ZANU PF from 1980 to present. Thousands of opposition women have been raped by ZANU PF militias. Thousands of opposition officials, individuals have been tortured. The solution is to get rid of Mugabe and his ZANU PF cronies. Zimbabweans let us not be AFRAID it’s our time to rise up God is on our side: Psalm 17:13 Rise up, O LORD, confront them, bring them down; rescue me from the wicked by your sword.
Who will rise up for me against the wicked? Who will take a stand for me against evildoers? Psalm 94:16
